Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy encompasses a wide range of modalities that promote physical and mental well-being. In general, it can calm the nervous system, stimulate the immune system, prevent dysfunction, relieve pain and tightness, and aid in injury rehabilitation.

Each session is tailored to each client’s needs, taking into account personal preferences and any pre-existing conditions. Since everyone’s body is different, and needs can vary from day to day, massage therapy is customized to address the specific concerns present at the time. Techniques may include soft tissue or deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports massage, passive or active stretching (PNF), scraping, craniosacral therapy, and more.

Communication is key to ensuring the session aligns with each person’s needs. I am a facilitator on your path to well-being.
