Integrazione Strutturale
L’Integrazione Strutturale (SI), conosciuta anche come “Rolfing”, è un tipo di trattamento olistico e interattivo che si concentra sul tessuto connettivo del corpo, noto come fascia. Attraverso una serie di sessioni, la SI mira a ripristinare una postura corretta e a curare la fascia, irrigidita o ispessita a causa di infortuni, stress, sovraccarico o altri fattori che causano dolore cronico e limitano la mobilità.
Massaggio
Il massaggio comprende una vasta gamma di modalità che promuovono il benessere fisico e mentale. In generale, contribuisce a calmare il sistema nervoso, a stimolare il sistema immunitario, a prevenire disfunzioni, ad alleviare il dolore e la tensione, e a favorire la riabilitazione dagli infortuni.
